Of late I have had more of an interest in the linux kernel, understanding device drivers and generally the physical world connecting to the digital world. Getting up and running with the Linux kernel was a little bit of effort. There are some great resources but they are kind of scattered and some are outdated. Also working with the community has its specifics in the way you submit patches and communicate with maintainers. Given this and the interest in saving time when I want to create a dev environment ... Ansible playbook.
This is a first cut, there are a number of things I will be adding over time.
